Barollo Italy recognizes that perfection cannot always be achieved and sometimes circumstances beyond our control may occur with any product’s production and/or delivery. For this reason, Barollo will honor a return or exchange for any goods that are received defective, damaged, or in the event the wrong shoe or belt size was shipped. 

Because of the limited production of all Barollo products no item may be returned if it is not in its original packaging and in completely unworn condition. 

Barollo products can only be returned if the product shows zero signs of wear. If you must try on shoes, please walk on a very soft surface, like carpeting. If the shoes, handbags, belts or other products and accessories show any visible signs of wear or markings of any kind, like dirt, discoloration, or creases from walking, wearing or carrying the products, the goods will not be returnable, and no refund will be issued. 

A Barollo customer care specialist must handle all requests for returns and you must be issued a return authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping returns back to Barollo. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be sent with a traceable / trackable shipping method, like FedEx or UPS. 

All returns must be requested within a seven (7) day period from the date of your package delivery. 

For online purchases, Barollo will accept shoe returns, only if they shoes you received are damaged, do not fit or the incorrect size was shipped. All shoes must be in original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, when accompanied by the original invoice enclosed with your order. Shipping and handling are included in the price and may range anywhere from $50 to $150 depending on where your goods have been shipped to. Shipping and handling costs are never refunded. 

Return merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date of delivery to our Barollo Customer Support office. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any department store or boutique. 

There are no returns for handbags or accessories, unless an incorrect product was shipped or the product was shipped with a manufacturing defect.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 

Merchandise returned to Barollo will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form that was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping and handling charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
