The shoe shown in the photographs, on Barollo’s website and social media platforms, is a prototype to show the general concept of the shoe’s design. The limited-edition retail version will differ slightly in its final form.
Because of the limited production, shoes can only be returned if they show zero signs of wear. If you need to try the shoe on, you must walk on a very soft surface, such as carpet, to prevent any wear marks on the painted sole. If the shoe shows any signs of visible wear, including dirt, discoloration, or creases from walking, the shoe will not be returnable and no refund will be issued. If the shoe is returned to Barollo with any signs of wear, and you would like it shipped back to you, return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
A Barollo customer care specialist must handle all requests for returns, and you must be issued a return authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping products to Barollo. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be sent with a traceable/trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. If there was a mistake on your order, for example, you ordered a size 37 and a size 39 was shipped to you, Barollo will send you a return shipping label
and pay for the return shipping. When we receive your return and the return passes inspection, we will send you the correct replacement size.
If a credit is issued for your return, the outbound shipping and handling will not be credited to your account. The specific amount for shipping and handling will depend on the location of your delivery and may range from $65 to $150 per pair or per product.
All returns must be requested within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your package delivery and returned within fifteen (15) calendar days to Barollo’s receiving facility. Your credit will only be issued once the return is received and passes inspection, which may take up to 15 business days from the date Barollo receives your return.
